Within these terms and conditions, the terms "we," "our," "us," and "ours" refer to Construction Card Services.
The terms “you”, “your” and also ““yours” “candidate” “customer” refer to users of the www.constructioncardservices.com website and people that have accessed any of of our services.
By using our service on behalf of a business you work for, you confirm, through payment for our services, that you have the authority of the business owner and have been authorized to make the payment for the services provided by Construction Card Services through our website.
Our terms and conditions apply to any company or individual making single or multiple bookings with Construction Card Services. By accessing our services and using www.constructioncardservices.com, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Construction Card Services reserves the right to edit or amend any of our Terms and Conditions as deemed appropriate, without notifying the customer. Any new or edited terms will apply only to bookings made after the updated terms are added to the website and bookings policy. The terms on the Construction Card Services website at the time of your booking will be the applicable terms. It is the responsibility of customers to ensure they agree with and comply with our terms and conditions before making a booking.
We are unable to book tests for individuals under the age of 16.
All payments are processed in GBP (British Pounds).
All bookings are made on a 'subject to availability' basis. While our team will make every effort to secure the requested time and date, this cannot always be guaranteed. In the rare event that we are unable to secure the requested date and time, our team will aim to book the nearest available option.
Construction Card Services will send a confirmation email and text to your mobile within 48 working hours of the booking being made. If requested, the customer can also receive confirmation via text for their date and time. If the customer has not received any communication from Construction Card Services within 48 hours, they are advised to contact our support team at support@constructioncardservices.com.
After placing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us, which serves as both a receipt of payment and proof of the booking. This email also confirms your full acceptance of all the terms and conditions detailed here.
By booking your test with us, you fully acknowledge that your booking is for arranging the test and not for the selected date, as all bookings are sold 'subject to availability.' The fee you pay includes the £22 test fee and our booking and support fee. The details you provide when filling out the form will be used to process your booking. We are not responsible for any incorrect details you provide. If an error occurs on our part, such as submitting incorrect details, we will correct it at no extra charge. The Construction Card Services team reviews every booking for inaccuracies. If additional information is needed or we believe you've booked the wrong test or test center, we will contact you via email to confirm your details before proceeding with your test booking.
Please contact us at Support@constructioncardservices.com if you find any errors in your order. It is your responsibility to attend the test center on the correct date and time. We cannot accept liability for your absence under any circumstances. It is also your responsibility to bring the correct ID/documentation to the test center. Once we have confirmed the booking and sent the confirmation to you, we are not responsible for any actions taken afterward. Your payment fully covers the test fee and an administration fee. As a third-party booking agent, we charge a fee for the management services we provide, including:
Construction card services explicitly states that we are not part of, or associated with CSCS or CITB.
Reviewing each booking to ensure the details are correct and that the correct test is booked
Securing the requested date, time, and venue (or the nearest available option)
Notifying the customer of confirmed test dates via email and/or text message
Handling any rescheduling or cancellation requests
The price for our booking service is the amount displayed during the booking process on the website. Full payment is required before we can book your test. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions. You also retain other rights when placing a booking through Construction Card Services.
You have a right to cancel a booked test and receive a partial refund. If you wish to cancel your test, you need to contact us via the email below:
If you need to reschedule a test, the request must be made at least 96 hours before the scheduled test date. Please forward your request to Support@constructioncardservices.com.

To ensure we can reschedule your test in time, we require these details at least 3 working days prior to your test date. If you fail to provide the required information, we will be unable to reschedule your test until 48 hours after the original test date has passed.
The One Day Awareness Course, and NVQ once booked, cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable. Construction Card Services reserves the right to cancel or alter the course dates, the provision of services, the location, or the individual/organisation providing the service, and make reasonable variations to the courses without prior notice. In the event of a cancellation, the booking will typically be transferred to the next available course, unless the customer specifically requests otherwise.
Construction Card Services will not be held responsible for any reasons that prevent a candidate from attending the course. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances such as bad weather, vehicle breakdown, or any other factors that may prevent attendance on the day of the course.
By applying for your CSCS Card with us, you grant permission to Construction Card Services to contact CSCS on your behalf to resolve any issues with your application. Cancellation requests are subject to an administration and cancellation fee, which covers communication with the candidate, communication with CSCS, and the refund process.
Once you have completed the booking for your Card, you will receive an email listing the documents required for processing your Card within 48 hours. It is advised that you send a clear photograph of all relevant documents requested by the card processing team promptly via email. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your Card.
Please note that if you are unable to submit the required documents within 75 days of booking, Construction Card Services reserves the right to cancel your Card booking and issue a refund after deducting the applicable administration and cancellation fee as stated above.
