Eligibility Requirements
- Be working in a labouring role on a construction site (i.e., manual labour tasks, site preparation, cleaning up, assisting etc.).
- Have passed the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) Operatives Test (sometimes called the “touch-screen test”) within the last two years.
- Hold an appropriate basic health & safety qualification, such as:
- A Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment (RQF Level 1) or equivalent.
- OR the CITB Health & Safety Awareness Course (or equivalent) that meets CSCS requirements.
- Be at least 16 years of age (for entry level) to work in labour roles.
